Aqua Enhance – Oxide Coloured Concrete & Sandstone Enhancer.
Use Aqua Enhance as a first coat sealer to new oxide coloured concrete or sandstone. Sealing coloured oxide concrete or sandstone is a two-day process. The first coat using is applied using Aqua Enhance and then an application of Aqua Seal the following day. This process will keep the colour in the concrete or sandstone and prevent fading.
When cleaning and resealing old oxide coloured concrete or sandstone, firstly clean the surface with Con-Treat’s WB2 water based degreaser and a high pressure cleaner. Apply the first application while the substrate is still wet. This will, in most cases, bring back the colour. The following day seal with a final coat of Aqua Seal.

Aqua Enhance is highly concentrated and requires dilution with water prior to application. Completely saturate the substrate with clean water prior to application to ensure the best possible penetration and performance.
Suggested dilution rates are:
• Coloured Concrete: 1:4 (1 part product 4 parts water)
• Sandstone: 1:4 (1 part product 4 parts water)
Diluted product should be applied at a rate of 3 – 5 m2 per litre depending on surface porosity.
Use a soft bristle broom to sweep out any pools that develop. Aqua Enhance can be walked over during the curing process, however do not then walk over other substrates with product on your feet. Generally, a single flood coat is all that is required, however a second mist coat can be applied as soon as the first coat is touch dry if required.
It is recommended to re-seal Aqua Enhance every 3-5 years, especially in high traffic areas. All that is required is a high pressure clean and an application as above to re-seal.
